WWDC 2014 Keynote June 2 – Live Stream Info!

Apple might streaming this year’s Worldwide Developers Conference keynote on June 2 at 10 AM PT (1 PM ET), the company announced today.

Apple only sometimes streams live video of its special events, and never announces its intent to do so this far in advance, so this is an interesting development.

The company doesn’t say what’s going to be on the docket at the show, but it does say that it’ll be making “exciting announcements.” We’ll also be in attendance, to bring you the latest on what’s likely to iOS 8, OS X 10.9.3, and probably some hardware news as well. Rumors suggest we could see news from Apple regarding health tracking and home automation platforms, but regardless it’s bound to be an interesting show with plenty of news to dig into.

Apple also doesn’t make specific mention of this as a developer focused event or keynote in this new page and announcement (only the acronym for WWDC is used, in fact) so it’s probably fair to expect a decent amount of consumer-oriented news on that day as well. Note that streaming requires Safari 4 or later on OS X, iOS 4.2 or later, or QuickTime 7 on Windows.

LG G3 – Live Stream Info! –

LG is holding events in San Francisco, New York, London, Istanbul, Seoul and Singapore and BAR will be reporting live to bring you all the latest.

Rumours: LG G3 display – LG has confirmed that the LG G3 will have a 5.5 inch 2560 x 1440 display with a pixel density of 538 pixels per inch. This is the one thing we know for sure about the handset and it’s a huge deal as it’s the first major flagship with such a high resolution display. While this is big news it’s also not at all surprising, as such a screen has been extensively rumored. We first heard that it would have a 1440 x 2560 QHD display from the same “industry source” as the May release date rumours. ————————————————————————-
